Class Requirements

Attendance

Student must attend a minimum of 28 classes and 14 weeks to be eligible for yellow belt testing

Bag Work

Demonstrate continuous combinations on the stand-alone heavy bag.
5 push ups between rounds.

Define “Zone of Zero Pressure”
Student must demonstrate the concept of moving to the Zone of Zero Pressure from both sides
